The epitome of simplicity and power — say goodbye to the chaos of fragmented point-solutions.
Six integrated modules, one base price, with optional paid add-ons and integrations that slot in as needed.
What’s included and why it matters.
ToolTrack replaces the spreadsheet, the shared drive, and the paper traveler with one system. From incoming material to finished goods, every step, every decision, and every data point lives in one place.
ToolTrack’s reporting engine is embedded throughout the application — not bolted on as an afterthought. Users build, save, and share reports without leaving the system, and without paying for a separate BI tool.
ToolTrack’s core covers most manufacturing environments out of the box. For operations that need more, a growing library of add-ons extends the platform without replacing it.
ToolTrack uses metadata-driven customization instead of forking source code — so your configuration is fully supported through every future update, not just the one you’re on today.
Most MES implementations run 6 months or more. ToolTrack deploys in 4–8 weeks, and the senior architect on your first call is the same person who handles your entire implementation.
ToolTrack scales from SMB to high-volume automation without a platform swap — and integrates with virtually any external system through built-in REST APIs.
Most cloud MES vendors rent servers on AWS. We built ours. CRS designed and built ToolTrack's entire infrastructure from the ground up, with deep IT expertise and best practices engineered in at every layer.
ToolTrack SaaS runs on dedicated hardware in enterprise data centers with SOX, HITRUST, PCI-DSS & ISO 27001 certifications and an N+2 critical infrastructure rating. Every component (networking, redundancy, storage, failover) was designed and implemented by CRS, not assembled from a cloud template.
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest. ToolTrack natively supports 2FA and integrates with enterprise SSO providers including Okta, JumpCloud, and Microsoft Entra, so access stays in the hands of the right people.
We run multiple layers of security scanning and monitoring across our infrastructure. ToolTrack undergoes rigorous annual Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing, reviewed by independent external security experts.

Some of our main MES competitors are Siemens Camstar Opcenter, Critical Manufacturing, Eyelit, WIPtrac and Plex. We encourage you to check them out and see how we compare on functional capabilities, ease of use, manufacturing domain expertise and pricing. We think you'll understand why we're not afraid of our competition. See the full feature comparison →
